Return & Exchange Policy
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to exchange or return your purchase.
All returns are subject to approval from SHOPHUES Store Support. You can request a return authorization by contacting us at support@shophues.com .
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Must include original packaging, dust bags, packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Items should be shipped back using regular shipping services (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar) with a valid tracking number.
Return Protection (Powered by Seel)
We’ve partnered with Seel Return Assurance, a trusted Shopify app that provides return protection for eligible orders within the United States.
- Customers can add Seel Return Assurance at checkout for a small fee.
- If Seel Return Assurance is purchased, Seel will handle the return process, including return shipping, in accordance with their policy.
- This service offers protection to both buyers and SHOPHUES by making the return process simple, secure, and transparent.

If you did not purchase Seel Return Assurance, the standard return policy below applies.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or covered under warranty.
- Any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund if the return is not covered by Seel.
Timeframe
- Returns must be received within 7 days of the return request.
- Returns received after this period will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
- International orders are non-returnable.
- Wholesale orders are non-returnable.
Special Orders
A "Special Order" may include:
- Items not listed on our website that were specially ordered from our distributor.
- Any order with a value of $800 or more.
Special Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or marked as final sale, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by our support team (via email).
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
