Return & Exchange Policy (Worry Free Purchase assurance from SEEL)
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to exchange or return your purchase.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Must include original packaging, dust bags, packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Items should be shipped back using regular shipping services (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar) with a valid tracking number.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or covered under warranty.
- Any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Timeframe:
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the return request. Returns received after this period will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Special Orders:
A "Special Order" may include:
- Items not listed on our website that were specially ordered from our distributor.
- Any order with a value of $800 or more.
Special Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or marked as final sale, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by our support team (via email).

We offer Worry-Free Purchase Protection by Seel at checkout.
For a small fee (usually around $1 per product), customers can add Return Assurance, which provides extra protection and flexibility for returns.
What Seel Return Assurance Covers
If you purchased Return Assurance from Seel during checkout:

Seel handles the entire claim process and approves returns directly through their portal.
This service gives you an easy and worry-free return option for clothing items.
Note:
Seel Return Assurance is optional and does not replace our normal return policy. It simply gives you extra coverage and peace of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
