Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to exchange or return your purchase.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • Must include original packaging, dust bags, packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items should be shipped back using regular shipping services (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar) with a valid tracking number.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or covered under warranty.
  • Any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Timeframe:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the return request. Returns received after this period will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • International orders are non-returnable.
